MOON VINE
This is like two days ago. Today it's getting HUGE. I did this with a crepe myrtle about three years ago and it ended up a major fail.
From info off the web, this plant will not throw buds or blossom until the days are 12 hours long. That's the middle of September when we get frosts. Mierda.

maybe you can wrap a blankie around it? protect it from an early frost?
